rainfall shower weight machines

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. this was important for my daily workout routine. there was also a good selection of weight machines available.

the ice machine on my floor was broken .

The doorman, santi, was fantastic. i watched him help many tourists with their luggage and directions. he always knew the best transportation option for me, like the ihg town car or a yellow cab. he handled heavy suitcases with ease. It seemed effortless.

I stayed in room 702 and heard a loud, constant mechanical noise, like drilling. the staff offered to switch rooms, but it wasn't ready yet. i fell asleep, but the front desk accidentally called at 3:35 am. the noise was even worse after that. It made it difficult to sleep before my early flight.

decent Location, but some issues arose

The location was very central. The subway was very close to the hotel.

The staff were not very friendly when i needed a blanket. It took multiple calls and two hours for it to arrive.. They did not seem to care.

the check-in process was very efficient and friendly upon arrival. my room was spacious and clean. throughout my stay, the room was consistently maintained with high standards of cleanliness. the staff were friendly and always ready to provide assistance.

The minibar fridge was stocked. Therefore, it was unavailable for storing personal items.
